These clauses separate your book of residuals from company ownership. Read them before you sign — every Ambassador agrees to the same language.
Residuals are not equity.
You earn commission on client subscriptions attributed to you for as long as those subscriptions pay. That commission is a residual on your book of business. It is not equity, shares, intellectual-property ownership, voting rights, profit-share outside the commission ledger, or any control of Metasphere Marketing Firm or Watchtower.
Attribution locks at checkout.
Attribution, commission terms, and payout beneficiary are locked when the client completes checkout. Commission accrues only on successful subscription payments for that attributed client. No payment, no residual line.
Stripe is the sole ledger.
The commission ledger is append-only. Payments add entries. Refunds, disputes, and cancellations create explicit reversals. Stripe is the sole payment ledger; Metasphere stores attribution and commission mapping and mirrors Stripe status read-only. Conflicts resolve to Stripe. Lag is always visible.
No transfer in phase one.
Transfer, sale, or inheritance of residual rights is not granted under phase-one acceptance. Any future transfer policy will be written separately and will not convert residuals into company equity.
Starter demo is a selling tool.
Every Ambassador may receive a free starter demo site to sell from. That demo proves the build pipe. It is a Metasphere product surface used under your name plate — not a transfer of Metasphere or Watchtower intellectual property, and not company equity.
